  4. 18 karrots has seriously the best food in rockland. Their juices and wheat grass, whole wheat rolls, salad etc.. are soo good. and unlike other food. you are actually satified after you eat it. Besides for feeling great. I would strongly suggest juicing and smoothies for health and weight loss. Either do it slowly, adding it into your diet. Or supplement with it. Many doctors rave about juicing. It is like sending your body to a five star hotel! all other diets are really really crazy and written by uneducated people. Everyone one should aim to eat 50 percent raw food. Every school should teach these basic thing to kids. We wouldnt have so many sick people. I have been on a diet sice I was ten! I have read almost everything worth reading. Come one time in and try the food. You will be a believer. Treat your wife or love one, to a night or shabbas off! I have never seen so many people standing at a register saying, "Thank you, the food was great"!. It so nice not to have to worry about packing breakfast or lunch for the gym, when I dont have time. Not to mention not having to read ingredients.I always know that what I am eating at 18 karrots is healthy for me and my family.

    Thanks for opening!

    Sincerely,

    Mrs Malka Melissa Levy

  5. Lunch and Learn was a smashing success this week with participants happily experiencing healing massage on Tuesday with Michelle Luwish and munching on a delicious sprout salad prepared by Rivky Engle on Wednesday. Rivky expounded on the benefits of sprouting. We got so excited we are going to make sure we have a regular supply of sprouts on hand! (Bezrat Hashem). Check our facebook page for the pictures!

  6. Dear Malka Melissa, Thank you so much for the positive feedback, we really appreciate it!
We agree with you it would be so wonderful if we could get some good nutritional and health education into our schools. Maybe this is a project 18karrots can try to get involved in in the near future. Have a wonderful day and enjoy your next smoothie!!!
